Field Agents (HAFA Program, DRE License Required)
To be visible in your community working with homeowners directly, through referral from bankruptcy attorneys, loan modification companies, friends, family and company provided short sale sign-ups. No MLS or board membership needed transaction coordinators and listing coordinators handle all paperwork and listing entries. You will be responsible for taking photo's, compliance walk-throughs, having provided paperwork signed, by-appointment showings.

Local Inventory Managers (REO Inventory, DRE License Required)
Manage real estate inventory close to home this includes 1-4 unit residential, 5+ residential, and commercial.  No MLS or board membership needed transaction coordinators and listing coordinators handle all paperwork and listing task.  You will be responsible for taking photo's, walk-through videos, compliance walk-throughs, having provided paperwork signed, by appointment showings, and scheduling local outside broker open houses.

Transaction Coordinators
Using Winforms you will produce and maintain the buyer and seller documents and files in accordance with state, local, seller and CPL regulation.  You will be point of contact for with local inventory managers and asset managers.

Listing Coordinators
Responsible for MLS listings you will communicate with the transaction coordinators for status updates for MLS existing listings and work with the local inventory managers for images, video, and accurate property descriptions.
