If you have a DRE issued Salespersons License that you're not using this is a great way to make full time commissions for part time work, one or both weekend days. No experience required.
Job description is to hold open houses on vacant bank owned property, work close to home (within a couple miles) a minimum of one day per weekend. *NO* MLS or board membership required.
We do the rest! When you have a buyer that wants to make an offer call in the Buyer’s details and we’ll prequalify them and write up their offer! Upon offer acceptance a transaction coordinator will be assigned so you don't need to know how to do paperwork.
If you're new, this is a great way to learn part time, if you’re experienced and have another job this is a great part time gig.
How the process works!
At no cost to you we provide 11 bank owned open house signs which you can pick up in Chino Hills or you may have shipped at your cost.
By each Wednesday, we need a firm commitment of the weekend days and times you are available to work this way we may schedule advertising accordingly.
Each Thursday you will receive the bank owned property assignment which includes, the property address, the flyer for the open house, lead forms, area data, comp data any other important details you'll need to know about the property. To help ensure success in selling the home, California Property Liquidators pre-negotiates any incentives such as paint, carpet and/or seller credits for things such as closing cost. This information will also be included in your Thursday property briefing email and will be advertised on the flyer.
A half hour prior to your scheduled open house you'll place your open house signs in high traffic areas. Remember the more signs properly placed and clearly visible the more traffic you'll have through the home. Return to the home for showing, when you have a buyer for the home, you'll call corporate and we will handle the transaction from that point forward (qualifying, writing the offer, etc) while you continue to show the property. Once your open house time has ended, retrieve the the placed open house signs, head home, enter any prospects into the CPL system with your name so you prospects maybe invited to more open houses.
