Video Real Estate Agents WANTED!

California Property Liquidators looking for licensed real estate agents with video cameras willing to work within a couple miles of their home.  If you have a current real estate license, a newer video camera, and computer with high-speed internet access you’ve got all the tools.

Who is this good for?
This is a great opportunity for any agent; brand new or experienced.  No MLS board membership needed, and the transaction paperwork is done for you through our transaction coordinator.

What does a video agent do?
A video agent is responsible for; videoing property, posting videos online, fielding email questions from potential buyers, and meeting qualified buyers at the property for showing.

How does it work?
Once a day you’ll receive a list of newly listed properties that need to be videoed, you can do them right away or wait until the weekend.   The properties are within a mile or two miles of your home and it takes at most only 15 minutes to video a property, you could do a few a day or a lot on a weekend day. 

What do I get paid?
As most, if not all real estate agent positions are straight commission, so is this one.  The difference being your territory is very close to home, there’s no 80’s style rah-rah sales meetings, no office to report to, no having to drive people around, and we do the transaction paperwork!    

I’m a really new agent, will I get support?
Yes, any questions from buyers you don’t know the answer to were here to help.

Do I need to move my license?
Yes, you'll need to “hang’ your license under CPL.

Is there more I can do to earn more money?
Yes, if you wanted to earn more money CPL has a lot of opportunity for agents. Such as BPO's, Bank Listings, Open Houses, Buyer Seminars - tons of stuff to earn you money and keep you busy all within your local area!

 BPO’s:
As BPO’s (basically, mini appraisals) become available you can earn up to $50 per order.  We’ll train as your territory is picked up for BPO service.

Listings:
As bank owned and short sale listings become available in your territory you’ll earn additional commissions for assisting in listing these properties.

Showings:
Show properties to leads that come off the internet

Open Houses:
Hold Open Houses at bank owned properties and accept offers while your there.

Buyer Seminars:
Hold buyer seminars for at schools, businesses, police departments, fire Departments, etc

 What is a territory?
A territory is a zip code or fraction there of.  Depending on inventory levels some territories can be part of a zip code or a couple zip codes.
